Website User Agreement

Paiticket.com created the following agreement in order to clarify the terms and conditions upon which its web site is used.

Conduct of Subscriber.

Lawful Use. Subscriber shall use Paiticket.com for lawful purposes only. Subscriber shall not post or transmit through Paiticket.com any material which:

  • violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others;
  • is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable;
  • encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law; or
  • contains advertising or any solicitation with respect to products or services, unless the Website Paiticket.com shall have expressly approved such material in advance of its transmission. Any conduct by a Subscriber that in the Website Paiticket.com’s discretion restricts or inhibits any other Subscriber from using or enjoying Paiticket.com is expressly prohibited.

Paiticket.com Content.

A portion of Paiticket.com ‘s content is supplied by third parties. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information or content expressed or made available by third parties, including information providers, are those of the respective author(s) or distributor(s) and not of the Website Paiticket.com. Neither the Website Paiticket.com nor any third-party provider of information guarantees the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content, nor its merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. The Website Paiticket.com neither endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement made on Paiticket.com by anyone other than employee spokespersons of the Website Paiticket.com while acting in their official capacities.

Entire Agreement.

This Agreement, and any operating rules for Paiticket.com established by the Website Paiticket.com, constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter.

The section headings used herein are for convenience only and shall not be given any legal importance whatsoever.

Ticket Reservations and Purchase Policies

By using our online ticketing service, you have agreed to and will Comply with the following conditions:

  • Online purchases:
    • Condition for ticket pick up :
      • Present your photo ID card/ Passport and your actual card of this transaction to our staff to collect your ticket(s). We would like to review the further documents and will not allow temporary ticket pickup if we have any question about your order purchased.
      • If someone else will pick up your ticket on your behalf, you must provide:
        • A copy of the confirmation email singed by you (the card holder) and authorized person.
        • A singed copy of your photo ID/ passport.
        • A singed copy of both side of the credit card used for this transaction.
        • We would like to review the further documents and will not allow temporary ticket pickup if we have any question about your order purchased.
  • Paiticket.com  will not be held liable for any loss or damage of Tickets resulting from abuse or negligence on the part of our customers.
  • Once payment for tickets is made, no refunds or cancellation will be allowed.
  • There will be an administrative fee for all exchanges and tickets may only be exchanged for the same show on different dates. No exchanges will be allowed for tickets between different shows.
  • In the case of show cancellations, customers can receive refunds from Owner of the event upon presentation of their original ticket stub ONLY. No refund can be given without the original ticket stubs.
